Full refund guarantee through May 15, 2024.  100% of all fees paid will be refunded upon cancellation through May 15, 2024.  


If your camper is currently 12 but will turn 13 by August 15, 2024 and you would like them to participate in Older Camp, go ahead and register them in younger camp through the online system. Once you have submitted the registration, send an email to campocoee@ymcachattanooga.org with the camper’s full name and address requesting they be moved to Older Camp. If we have available space, we will move them into the Older Camp program.


While Camp Ocoee will make every attempt to provide reasonable accommodations for mentally and physically challenged children, the camp is not able to accept children that are a danger to themselves, a danger to others, needs one on one assistance, a disruption to the normal activities making it unreasonably difficult for other children to enjoy camp programs.  A parent/guardian must discuss with the camp prior to registration so that we can advise you as to whether we can make reasonable accommodation for you child.

Camp For ALL

No one is turned away due to inability to pay for Ocoee Programs.  Apply if: the cost of camp is a stretch to your family budget, you are a single parent, you are a grandparent raising your grandchildren, your family has experienced a hardship, if for any reason the cost of camp is difficult, please apply.

Check-in time for all sessions is 1 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. EST on Sunday- Check in is staggered based on the parent's last name.  A-L will check in between 1pm-1:45pm while M-Z will check in between 1:45pm-2:30pm.

Check-out is from 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. EST on Saturday


2024 Ranger Camp Fees- 

  • 2023 Camp Fee-   $800 
  • Registration Fee: $100 deposit is required for each session. 
  • Payment Due Date: Balance due date for all sessions is May 15, 2024.  

Discounts and Savings

  • YMCA members get a $60 discount off per session (does not apply to special electives).
  • Sibling Discount: Deduct $40 for each additional child from the same household who is registered for a session.
  • Multi-session: Deduct $40 for each additional week of camp an individual camper is attending
  • Active Duty Military Families- Note on your registration form or send us an email after online registration to receive the Military Discount

Refund Policy

A $100 deposit per session is required with registration and is 100% refundable until May 15, 2024.  Balance is due May 15, 2024 for all sessions.  If Camp Ocoee receives written notification of cancellation prior to May 15, 2024, I will receive a full refund of all fees paid.  Notification after May 15, 2024 will result in the loss of the $100 deposit (per session, per camper).  Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the start of your respective session will forfeit all previous payments.  Cancellations must be written and submitted via email to campocoee@ymcachattanooga.org or mailed to:  111 YMCA Drive, Ocoee, TN 37361.

All changes and cancellations must be made in writing either by fax, mail, or email campocoee@ymcachattanooga.org.
