The Friends of YMCA Camp Ocoee assist the camp staff to advance the mission of the YMCA by telling our story in your community.

Since Glenn Ellis brought the first group of boys to the shores of Parksville Lake in 1923, Camp Ocoee has been creating memories for campers, staff, parents, and guests. Whether you are around the corner, down the road, or on the other side of the world, the magic of Ocoee is only a memory away.

Anyone who was a camper, participant, parent, visitor or staff member at YMCA Camp Ocoee anytime from 1923 to present is considered a Friend of YMCA Camp Ocoee.
